You're crazy if you don't think Frusciante is gonna do some awesome stuff for the new album and tour. Stadium Arcadium isn't 30 bomb tracks (what double album is?) but there's like 8 really good tracks and tasty licks and harmonies by John throughout. Idk why people expect them to have the same raw funk/punk energy they did in the 80s. They ain't in their 20s anymore. I love them mainly for John and Flea's chemistry and they will have that until their hands fall off.
@@treelambs5392 I don't know if you're right or wrong, but I believe all Rusty was saying is that this was the Peppers at what he considers their prime, and he didn't get into them until recently, a good bit of time after their prime.
RHCP can still delivered now not like Californication tour however embrace the evolving musical direction. The guys are older while Flea still jump like a funky monks!
Damn, this performance is great. This whole show is, actually, but this song, specifically the jam, was really great. Jam sounded like it could've been another song on BSSM. Would've been cool if they actually had turned it into something. Edit: edited for clarity cause I accidentally turned two unrelated thoughts into one confusing sentence, lol.
@@haveron I think I was going one way with the sentence and went another way in the end. Like I probably meant to say “...but this song is the best of this show. And the jam sounded like it could’ve been another song on BSSM.” Two separate thoughts seemed to accidentally merge in my head and I guess I wrote it out.
@@ListedMia-sm4xm I accidentally switched two thoughts in my head and somehow kinda said them both at the same time. I meant to say something about how this song is my favourite from this performance, and then separately, that the jam at the end sounded like it could've been a whole song on its own. But I ended up combining those thoughts in the middle of a sentence.
