They were awesome. Sounded great and completely engaged. I don't get the hate. Basically a super band. Flea and Frusciante are on top of their game. And Keidas was perfect.
Everyone seems to be grooving and moving and having a great time. I had to sell my ticket last minute but am stoked to see them performing so inspired.
You lucky bastards got Around the World AND Parallel Universe! I was at the Wheatland show and we got neither of those. But we did get Otherside and Don’t Forget Me :)) we get what we get and just grateful for whatever they want to play!! Groovin nonstop either way :)))
@@anthonycellucci2750 haha yeah I agree, Around the World might be my favorite song so I almost died when it started, and Parallel Universe was insane, they don't always play it and I love it so I feel so lucky I got to see it, and it was so good! and Right On Time was so amazing too. and Californication had me tripping. I've seen them play 3 times (2022 stadium tour in Miami, 2024 Bonnaroo and this video in West Palm) and I've never seen Otherside which is also one of my favorites! So as you say, you're lucky you got Otherside!!! I'm going to see them again tomorrow in Miami let's see what happens! 🎉

Haha thanks for the comment and I have to agree!!! I was chatting with the guy next to me right before it started and he told me it was his 31st show!!! I was only able to see them once in 2011 and once in 2023, but this year I got to see them twice this week and going for the 3rd show of the week tomorrow!!!

I was at center stage sitting on the lawn not all the to the back, but not too close. The sound quality was perfect. Could hear every note, and see the band well. The screen close ups were fun to look at. Incredible performance. Seeing john live was a bucket list item.

@runningxriott I know exactly what you mean because I saw Lynyrd Skynyrd in this venue last year, and my seat was in the very last row (touching the lawn pretty much) but dead center, and I could not believe how amazing that sounded, it was as if I was in the perfect location where all the sounds met, like a perfect bubble or something, just amazing, so clear and loud and could feel it. Just perfect 👨🏻🍳😙

Going June 28th. Of all the concert videos I’ve watched- this video gives me hope. The sound just doesn’t sound good in their concert videos nor does the crowd sound energetic. Here, the sound gives me hope that they do sound beautiful live and the crowd is singing! Lastly- man, if they play Around the World and Dani California- I’ll die happy 😭 they don’t always play both I’ve seen!
What did you think of the visuals? Did you happen to see the tour last year? The stadium tour, I notice they're not using the same screen. Just curious. Is is it as good or close to as good as last year's tour with that background screen, or is this screen not as
Nowhere near as good. I did notice that as soon as it started, I was like huh, that's a downgrade. But it was good anyway. It's just that last year's was totally insane!!!! Those screens were crazy! I loved the screens then, but it might have distracted me a bit from the band too, dunno; I enjoyed the concert this year more; maybe I was just in a bit of shock last year since it was my first time seeing them. This year, I saw them at Bonnaroo a couple of weeks ago (check my videos; it was a very jamming/freestyle/different set), which was a great time and intro for their actual concert, which I had a blast! I went better prepared this time and was able to get close to Flea who's my favorite. I saw them 3 days before this video, at Bonnaroo, the show was very different, they jammed and played a lot of the songs differently, and also played some new songs which are great like Tippa My Tongue
