Steed, been playing as piccolo a lot and the best way to make hellzone grenade work is in a combo, specifically one in the air with them stunned or using the combo where you lift them up and chase and beat them across a distance. The fisrt ensures they cant run while stunned in the air while all of them hit. The second basically means when you activate it after the final blow it spawns in the air and hits them when they are down.

Hellzone Grenade isn't entirely shitty. It's best mid-air (either you or the opponent is flying) or far away mid-air. It's *how* you use the move. Also, Super Trunks is a terrible transformation. If you ever play Trunks (without sword) just stick to his regular super saiyan form. It's got good moves and good stats. Super Trunks is bad, not just because of his slow melee, but because of his lame ultimate. Not to mention his other supers aren't special, just a standard Finish Buster and Burning Attack. Super Trunks just isn't worth it. I believe this transformation is more so a joke than anything else. If you watch the Cell vs Vegeta and Trunks fight, his "new powerful form" was impractical because of his large muscle mass. So he got his ass handed to him
