INGREDIENTS for two people:
200g of spaghetti
1/2 onion
2 cloves of garlic
400g of crushed tomato
100ml of cooking cream (milk cream)
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
100ml of the broth where we cook the spaghetti
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
optionally grated cheese
PREPARATION:
Peel and chop the garlic and onion. Put in a pan with a splash of oil and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. After the time, add the tomato and cook over medium heat for 10 more minutes. Meanwhile we cook the spaghetti
Once cooked, drain, reserving some of the cooking broth.
The tomato sauce will already be evaporated of water. Add the cream and the teaspoon of paprika. We mix and heat. Add the spaghetti, oregano and some of the cooking water. Mix well. Finish and optionally sprinkle with grated cheese
