It doesn't matter whether you're black or white, you just need to go to the game with someone who is from there. You just need to go with someone from there to show you the ropes and not say something that you shouldn't say around the fans of the opposite team. You will be very popular being a person of colour in the stands. Serbian people take pride in hospitality and the fact you're in the stands watching the teams play means you're interested in our culture and us, which is a huge compliment to us. It was mid 19th century, in our first constitution after we got indipendent again. Having slaves or looking at people by their color was never out thing.

Few years ago, UEFA and FIFA allowed Kosovo to compete in its competitions, such as WC and Euro qualifiers and final tournaments, eventhough Kosovo is not officially internationally recognized as country. In UEFAs statute it clearly says that in order to some national team compete in UEFA and FIFA competitions, they have to be internationally accepted and recognized by UN, which Kosovo clearly isnt. Kosovo is country created in late 1990s by series of terroristic actions coordinated by NATO, so by taking in consideration everything previously said, Kosovo is country that was created by terrorism, and by allowing it to become member of UEFA against its statute, UEFA not only supports terrorism, but supports terrorism against its statute.
Here's the thing about "die hard" fans you mentioned. Every fan can choose will he go to the north/west/east part of stadium. If fan chooses east or west he can watch some good foodball, maybe bring some snacks and even go with children, but if he choose North its just a simple rule: YOU HAVE TO SING 90 minutes.

We have an unbreakable link with United dating back to 1958 when a plane crash occurred in Munich and killed 23 passengers including 8 Manchester footballers. They were returning to England via Munich after the match with the Red Star. That stadium is called Marakana( Rajko Mitic) and is 54,700 capacity. Maximum was 115 000 before they established the rules that seats are mandatory. Big shout out for you from Nis Serbia.

To answer your questions: yes you're definitely welcome in our stadium, and in our country in general, if you're black, i just wouldn't go in the north or south stands, not because of racism but because it's an area reserved for passionate 90 minute chanting supporters and tourists aren't very welcome, the western stand is the friendliest towards neutrals. the whole uefa supports terrorism thing is because they recognized kosovo as an independent federation when their rules state that only internationally recognized countries may enter uefa, which kosovo isn't, the UCK albanian rebels have committed terrorist acts. As far as which english clubs you can support, usually most are well liked, manU and liverpool are popular amongst the older ultras, and with manU having had Vidic who is a red star legend, you're fine. Arsenal is all good too, another Red Star legend Vladimir "Pizon" Petrovic played there and was nicknamed the king by arsenal fans Really hope you can come here at some point, you're most definitely welcome! cheers from the north stand!

Fun fact for you....the stadium of Red Stars biggest rival Partizan is just two blocks away and on darby day the whole city is on lock down almost especially the area around the two stadiums... you'd think there's war going on because of the amount of police and riot teams on the streets.....day starts very early for the fans they meet up in bars and start gathering then they all meet up in a huge group and do the Koroteo ( walling through the streets of the town to the stadium,groups join from all over the country even foreign countries ) Some travel even from Russia and Greece where our brother clubs are Spartak Moscow and Olympiacos ....you should definitely come and experience it for yourself....even the away games are fire...but tbh that's not just in Serbia is all over Balkan the fans are giving it all for their clubs

Black people are more than welcome in Belgrade. In Yugoslavia, we had an increase in African population due to our then president’s great relationship with African and Middle Eastern states (meanwhile Belgium were holding human zoos for black kids). We also have very admired black players on the red star team such as Ben El-Fardou and Guelor Kanga. I would love it if you guys came to Belgrade to experience a game like this
