Hello, I have the same issues as you. I was getting leaks but the whistle noise did not go away. There may be a leak somewhere else in the intake system. I would suggest you get a smoke machine and test for where a leak may be. I replaced the red charge pipe on mine too FYI. Thanks to the gentlemans video.
