Waukesha is extremely conservative, this past summer we had people in our neighborhood and around town who used to always hang American flags on July 4th only have Trump flags up which sent a chilling message. On the other hand we do have extremely liberal people but people generally seem to coexist here. We have a suspicious police force, a few years back a reporter was compiling evidence of wrong doing of our police force, they raided his home, took his hard drives and arrested him for disturbing the peace. We still have unsafe levels of radium in our water and we’re getting Lake Michigan water to substitute that. And we have just plain crazy and weird people here. My guess is the person is just plain crazy.
