Omg the parents of that little girl standing there absolutely know how lucky they were. This is so messed up on so many levels.

This should not be classed as a incident it is a terror attack regardless of where this person is from.

Darrell Edwards Brooks Jr. Is the name of the suspect. He was in jail and was released 2 days ago on bond. His criminal record includes numerous assaults and has jumped bond in the past.

His name is Darrel Brooks Jr. He has a long record and was just released on bail. And you can guess why his name and identity are being hidden. Must be that holiday compassion

I remember in the movies in the 80s hearing chritmas music right before thanksgiving was always a joyus time. Growing up as a kid in the early 90s it was always my favorite time of the year everyone was so happy and having a great time. I don’t even recognize this world any more and im only 33. Pure evil and human garbage out there. RIP to everyone out there today :(

Some people are just… bad. This guy never should have been walking the streets. With the long criminal record he has that spans two decades (he’s 39 so do the math, plus remember juvenile records are sealed), someone dropped the ball. This past Friday, he posted a cash bond in connection with charges including resisting or obstructing an officer, bail jumping, recklessly endangering safety with domestic-abuse assessments, disorderly conduct with a domestic-abuse assessment, and battery. It’s time judges start facing charges for allowing these scourges of society to walk free while awaiting trial. He was a proven bail jumper so what did the judge do?… decide to allow him to post bail so he could commit yet another crime and attempt to flee, killing and injuring over 50 people. This man is the poster child for why the death penalty needs to remain an option for the worst of the worst.

A driver license found in the abandoned Ford Escape belonged to Darrell Brooks Jr. He posted $1,000 cash bail on November 19, 2021. At the time of posting bail, he had another open felony case in Milwaukee County. That case is for second-degree recklessly endangering safety - felony with use of a dangerous weapon (two counts) and possessing firearm convicted of a felony (felony charge.)

Police squads were at a Milwaukee address used by Darrell Brooks Jr. after his name was mentioned on the police scanner in connection with the Waukesha parade incident in which at least 23 people, including many children, were injured when a red Ford Escape plowed through the crowd.

What a sick and depraved act of senseless violence !!! Sending love and healing thoughts to those involved and their families.

This was in my city. It is horrible. There are so many people injured. They were transported to six different hospitals. Children's Hospital in Milwaukee is treating 15 there alone.

I just listened to a scanner call with this tragedy and witnesses at the parade said the driver/suspect was black, I have no idea if this has anything to do with the Rittenhouse not guilty verdict, all I know is it's saddened me deeply this isn't ok. Thoughts and prayers.

This is just evil..

Let's pray for the world. And let's do what we need to face where the real sources of mass violence and tragedies like this are, and actually do something about it. No more lying to ourselves

3 suspects... lockdown in area rather than giving public description. 1 was taken in after banging on homeowners door to be let in.

This is the problem with large capacity fuel tanks in SUV's. Laws for smaller tanks on All SUV's. A silencer was used on the SUV, a muffler, no one was able to hear it coming. Outlaw the use of mufflers on SUV's. A 10-day waiting period on all purchases of SUV's. Large caliber vehicle with extra capacity seating SUVs must be outlawed. Large caliber vehicle with extra capacity seating SUVs must be outlawed. A bumper was used on this SUV's. All full metal bumpers must be outlawed on all SUV's. This SUV also had fully adjustable seats, giving better optical sighting. Adjustable seats must not be allowed on all SUV's, More laws must be made to prevent dangerous SUV's on our streets.

It's a horrible thing to happen. My friend is still in a coma for 2 weeks after being hit by a car when she was crossing the road with her shopping and a woman hit her at 64kmh (40mph) I have visited her and it's not like something you see in the movies.. she had cuts and bruises everywhere, her face was swollen, she had broken both of her legs, both arms and some ribs and her skull and her heart stopped twice on the way to hospital and at the hospital, she had 2 punctured lungs and was drowning on her own blood.. i dont think people realize how much damage it does even though its obvious
