Baked this cake for my husband’s birthday. Absolute hit. Although I did not add the mascarpone cheese and whipped cream frosting. I made the regular cream cheese and butter frosting. Turned out great.

Hi I just made this cake and it's in the oven now. I cannot wait to try it, but as it's baking, I thought to myself she didn't use any cooking oil. Which is the first time I've ever made a cake with no oil! Lol fingers crossed I followed your recipe to a T, and it's taste as good as it looks in your video.
