Making art is a way to access a meditative state, and therefore to reconnect with ourselves. Creating art is a type of meditation, and active training of the mind that increase awareness and emphasize acceptance of feelings and thoughts without judgement and relaxation of body and mind.
Meditation has truly many benefits, but sometimes some of us still find it hard to do it so art is the best way to do that. All of us have possibilities to create a beautiful art works, liberating out trapped emotions and releaseing our feelings through the 'creative inner self'. 🎨💗
