I still miss the intro song (so epic), but thanks again for sharing your knowledge! As an "amateur cobbler", it's always nice to understand why you added a detail (ex: the stitching channel made because the foamy sole will have to be changed sooner than usual). I would love to see you doing a Norwegian welt one day.
The initial cleaning of those boots really brought them back to life. I see that look all the time with red wing boots where they just look black from over conditioning when they should be a tan or a brown. Hell, I did it to my first pair of 8111's.
Surprised you didn’t install metal toe plates to counter the owners walking issue. Also, were the uppers over conditioned with boot oil? The uppers looked abused compared to the initial soles. Thanks sir🙏 It’s impossible to put on metal plates on (foam soles) this costumer asked about that too it can definitely be done on rubber soles but he wanted to have this specific ( 2021 foam sole) Regarding the darkness of the boots, that’s how I received them, I agree with you they are super dark.

Is there a purpose to putting on the rubber midsole before the leather or is it simply aesthetic? I would have thought the leather would be first as it would mold slightly under the cork.🤔🇨🇦. I guess the rubber has more shock absorption. Can't wait for the next one!👍
@@matttherrien9608 it was costumer’s, based on a previous Resole I did for another customer about a year ago,every single Resole is requested by the client.
