You are right, It's tough to make reddit people like usual content. I posted three well written articles and two got negative response, people attacked me aggressively for posting that content in their Sub-reddits. But one was liked and got picked up by the person about whom I wrote the article and she also tweeted it. More than 5,000 people came together on my website that day. That girl's boyfriend showed the article to his live audience (8k+) and someone made a video about that article. People still visit to my website because of that article from Reddit, RU-vid and Twitter. That article almost went viral, just because of I posted it on Reddit and it was relative to the sub-reddit.
Really interesting tips. I very much appreciated that you did a very concise, to the point, and short video for your tips. The Skyscraper Technique was especially interesting! Two thumbs up, Neil!
Hello Neil I've a Question to ask from you & I thing which is really important to climb the first step of SEO & the Question is How I can create a crazy amazing Website Design that will be user Friendly & Attractive to visitors like yours and Brian Dean's if you will give ans to my this Question it can be very helpful to me and it will make my day Thanks (bilawal)
My advice is to choose a theme that appeals to you and that uses responsive design. Premium themes like those from Studio Press are great. You can choose a minimal theme so you have a basic blank canvas, or you can go with something more detailed.
2019 is full of competition in traffic generation. Hi neil We hope a great guidance from you and specially I am really very excited to learn how can I generate my traffic from other sources until I rank on Search Engine Cheers Suraj.. From Pune India
Do subreddit posts rank in google? Do comments rank in google? How make your subreddit posts seen by thousands of people? It looks like th eother social media platfoirms, you can write content, but no one sees it......or you must spend money.
I am wondering.... How does people upvoting your valuable Reddit content, in sub Reddits translate to sales of your own product, back at your company? Do people REALLY, TRULY take the time to check YOUR Reddit page out, and actually click on YOUR link, to head to YOUR website, to buy? This just seems like a really, really long "sales funnel". Sorry. I am not active on Reddit, because this notion really confuses me. Please advise. Thanks so much.
You want to link to your website in your posts :) that should helpfully help to bring more traffic to your site. Also it will help to build brands awareness which dives traffic over time!
@@neilpatel Hey there, Neil! First off, I am honored that YOU responded to me! Congratulations on ALL of your success! Very, very well deserved! So, I have to say that I agree with you. However.... Would linking off to my website in my posts be looked at as spam, by the Reddit community? Please advise. Thank you kindly. Take care. *is giddy inside, lol*
Anyhow, Neil. So sorry if I came off as too "star struck". Not my intention. Just some honest congrats. I am SO NOT THAT creep, lol. With that being said, I went onto Reddit, and saw, first hand, what you are saying. I can also see how your advice, in the video, would play out nicely. You take care. I subscribed to your channel. Best and thanks.
@@pazzariatv I completely get what you're saying. I don't get it either. If Redditors can smell marketing a mile away, how do we casually direct them to our site. (Ps- fwiw, I don't think your comment seemed overly star-struck at all- it was just complimentary 😊)
What I am saying is that if you create content that is so in-depth and detailed, so amazing, then your competition will feel intimidated and less likely to try and outrank you.
Thanks Neil! I have however, no idea what you meant on your last point though.... ?? I just have a basic commerce website and not sure what you're referring to there.....?😳
This doesn’t explain... should I go on Reddit as my company name and comment on other stuff? I never see Microsoft, or Google or anyone from any other company posting. I see there are Community Subreddits for companies, but how does that work? Why not just create one of those for your company? And if so, how?
*HEY NEIL I THINK YOU SHOULD MAKE A VIDEO ON CPA MARKETING I SAW SOME COOL POSTS BUT NEED YOUR OPINION EVEN BRIAN DEAN MADE A POST ABOUT IT BTW VIDEO WAS COOL I AM USING REDDIT FOR 1 YEAR NOW*
hey Neil . I have original content to post ( my art and fanarts ) and great communities to post on ,but can you tell what's the best time in the day to post it ?
Hi neil. i am promoting my business links in various subreddits but reddit suspending my account. how do i protect my account from ban? even if i follow all the rules of the subreddit it still banned.
You have to be very careful how you post your link on Reddit. It can't come across as spammy. So I wouldn't be posting your link multiple times a day onto different accounts. Reddit is very strict about that.
Hi Neil , do you think I should be aggressive with my email list building tactics since I dont have alot of traffic? I dont wajr to scare redditors away
I have another RU-vid channel where I share educational content. I would like to share my video’s there but I find most groups don’t like that. Do you have any suggestions?
@@neilpatel that’s a good idea, thanks. That’s what I’ve been doing with Quora. I also just started my own Reddit community and will make a video within the week to drive traffic to it. I started posting on my channel 4 months ago and I’m now at 66 subscribers.
@@miriambristolpeter-julian people downvoted it, which removes Likes unlike in Other Sites where they get couted seperatly. I got 4000 Karma and whenever i See a Post starting to have less than 0 Likes , i delete It since obvoisly Nobody Likes it and it will Just Suck Karma away.
Yes, what he is talking is true and i used reddit for my deals website and it was nice but you can not get much profit unless you use a bot. I used reddittasker from tasker18 .com and they added lots of features now.
@@neilpatel I'm working as marketing director in a company (basically a small business) but we can't afford to take care of these detailed stuff to be honest. They pay me for 8 hours of work and I have to put in the work for the major stuff, but going through too much of details in marketing requires more time I believe and small businesses can't afford that in general. I thing those you mentioned would work perfectly for a established corporation that has multiple staff already.
