OMG I cant until your reaction to NCT DREAM RIDIN MV .... My thoughts I was super excited to see our boys had returned making their comeback with all six members since Mark graduated back in Dec 2018. *The meaning behind their title track “BOOM” is that it really compliments the on-going message of chasing dreams with overflowing charisma & confidence.* This is their first comeback after ten months, they’ve released their ‘We Boom’ album of the youth based subunit. Haechan was wrapping up activities & world tour with NCT 127 and he wasn’t able to fully be present and practice the choreography for the beginning until the last half of the music video and I don’t know why they thought it was good idea to cornrows chenle’s hair adding red on top of his orange/pink dyed hair but he of course made it work. I’m so happy I came across them three years ago but I wish had gotten to know them during their predebut. OMG Jisung’s voice got so deep now, hes growing up fast I can’t believe it (swear if his voice goes any deeper he’ll be like Stray Kids Felix and I wont be able to handle it) I’m sure allot of people have noticed the concept is abit more mature for their age but knowing they are getting older. *Im so happy they became an official unit even thought they’re still rotational like NCT U but will keeping the same members and Mark has re-joined the unit as the oldest while Renjun becomes the second oldest. #NCTDREAM #BOOM

Because "Boom" came out in 2019 there were only 6 members in NCT-Dream. As mentioned, Mark "graduated" in 2018 from NCT-Dream and he was no longer included in NCT-Dream activities. However, Heechan, who also is a member of NCT-127, was just recovering from an injury, as well as promoting as a member of NCT-127 in the U.S. at this time, so he was only able to participate in part of the MV. That's why you only see all 6 of them at the end. In the beginning of the MV there was only 5 members, but by the end there are a few scenes with all 6 members. The whole point of "Boom" is to show how much the Dream members have grown and matured, etc. I always find it funny that Jisung, who is the maknae of NCT, is the member who is the tallest and the one with the deepest voice. "Boom" is where we see Jisung turn from a boy into a young man. So, when the group debuted, and currently, NCT-Dream was/is a 7 member group, but between 2018 until close to the end of 2020, you will see Dream with only 6 members. Even after SM announced the reintroduction of Mark as part of the group, Dream had a few comebacks without Mark, because he was busy promoting with NCT-127 and SuperM. (Mark is one of the busiest members of NCT because he participates in almost every project that NCT has ever done since pre-debut SMRookie Days, as well as several solo collaboration projects with other SM artists, and now as a member of SuperM. Some say Mark is SM's favorite NCT member.) You should check out the NCT-Dream's dance practice for "Boom," the choreography is really fun.
