The Skull Scorpion is really creative like I can imagine it curled up into a skull.

Binja feels like it could definitely be the pokemon of one of ash's companions, and itd have this reoccurring gag where it would scare its owner accidentally by sneaking up on them

So Skullpion disguise itself by using the skull on his tail? If yes it is amazing.

The Beetle turned out fantastic and the Scorpion was amazingly done already and just needed that final touch to make it shine!

I could see a rivalry between Honchkrow and Stormma as kind of a "mob bosses of opposing families" aspect since both watch over/control groups of their prevos.

Binja feels like a team rocket Pokémon that spends half a season hunting them, with them running away in fear, until they realise it just likes them and doesn’t know how to make friends without trying to impress them with its ninja training hence the hunting

You should 100% do a tutorial on how you draw these fakemon in the program you use (im assuming its Procreate). This would probably help a lot of artists to understand the process of how these great designs are created step by step.

While talking about Skullpion before redesigning it, you could see a redesign that someone else did on the right. In that design, they added two "fangs" on the tip of the tail. I wish you brought into your design because those fangs look just like scorpion stingers.

The claws on Binja don't look at all like sais to me, but they actually do look a little bit like a real ninja weapon/tool, tekko kagi, which are themselves claws. They can be used to disarm or strike enemies or to climb, which fits with a bug's design. The ninja bug also got me thinking about Koga, and I think I'd like a video redesigning Gym Leaders' teams not just to battle the player, but also to fit with their occupation/theme in a more true-to-life way; such as giving Koga more Poison Pokemon that can actively be used for stealth, disarming enemies, gathering information, and sabotaging the enemy; though it is very possible that we'll need to create Fakemon for such purposes. Though it might also include giving some especially early Gym Leaders such roles. Though I don't think I would take into account their levels or whatnot, given that there is evidence that they change their teams depending on their challengers' experience.

Now I want to see a partner pokemon or evolution for Skullpion that has a skeletal, headless body design and Skullpion rides on top as the head. I could also see it as a Calyrex type situation where it functionally combines with the "body" pokemon without fully fusing like Kyurem does.

Binja… it honestly looks like an alien that Ben Tennyson/ Ben 10 (Original series-Omniverse) would transform into! - Either way I love it as it combines my favourite franchise (Pokémon) with another old favourite… admittedly I genuinely did love Omniverse as once one gets used to the art style… the stories were generally awesome!

I agree on the feather and cape for Portector, if it were a real Pokémon, I’d see those two being things that only show up during move animations or during battles in the anime, but being absent when Portector is at rest. Kind of like Typhlosion

I think that the Llama design could’ve been improved if the lighting bolts were implemented more. I think that if you turned them into lightning rods sticking out of the fur in various spots with some electricity around it, it would really complete the design.

The water starter line is so good, and the names even better. Whalop, sharing biologic features with Narwhals, an horned dolphin species, i dont know whats the second name of it, but i love the design, and pointing such interesting animals in this line. Ichthero, name inspired in Ichtyosaurus and Hero, Ichtyosaurus are an ancient species greatly related to Dolphins and Whales, from the familly Ichthyosauridae, having at the maximum 9'8in - 10'8in in lenght. And Porptector, name inspired in Porpoise and Protector, Porpoises being an smaller species to common dolphins, being very distinguishable, do to its species short lenght having at its peak 6'6 in lenght, and its species short muzzles. The artist nailed on the biological structures of that FakeMón.

I really didn't expect to see Binja so its presence is definitely a surprise here too

I know the starters tend to get more love than a typical Pokemon, but wow does Portector look good. If included in most gens I'd be inclined to always select it. And this is coming from someone who selects the fire starter 87.5% of the time!

I was so unsure about the white bandage designs on Binja taking away from its stealth aspect, and then you went and added lore that it stays in a huddled position until it's ready to strike.. perfectly countering the entirety of my criticism for your redesign x'D

SRoserade's Stormma had a pretty good concept for an electric llama or alpaca Pokemon. I like how both of them have lightning bolt legs. Lizard's Skullpion is probably the most solid of the selected Fakemon. Both versions look great! And I think it could benefit from some sort of evolution. It's Starter time! Thanks for the contribution, Slowjamoke! Porpretector (or Portector.) looks great in TG7's style! Yikes. 0 for 2... Oh well. I'll definitely keep in mind the tips I've learned in this series and apply them to the Venorodent line. It had some steep competition to be fair. ^_^' Ey! That's a glowup! PsitheMonke had an interesting concept in Binja, but the new TG7 version looks awesome! It reminds me a lot of the Medabots franchise.

Watching this video I had an idea for a fakemon. I came up with an ice and fire type turtle, this combination would be born from the idea of ​​an igloo, as we know igloos are made of snow but they are used as a shelter and are warm inside. This fakemon would take the concept to the extreme, being the shell of the turtle similar to an igloo and when it hides it can rotate quickly expelling fire through the spaces where it hides its head and extremities. I also thought this would be a good way to explain the creation of igloos in the pokemon world.

I submitted one that was a Man-o-war with eléctric bolts tentacles (Manolectric), it reminded me a bit the Stormma! (Just in the bolt part, not nearly well draw or designed lol)

It is a little known fact that Binja's name does not come from a portmanteau of bug and ninja, but is in reality from the fact that it hides in trash cans all the time. =] These were really interesting and if I could draw to even a remotely acceptable standard I would submit some of my fan region's fakemon as designs.

Hi green, I really love your content. Your art is amazing! I think it would be awsome, if you'd make some pokemon about country, their flags,traditions. I'm Hungarian and I think Hungary it could be a really Good pokemon inspiration. It has intresting traditions, myths and more. For example the "buso" 's, peapole who wear wool coats and scary wooden masks, and make a lot of noise.

I think it would be cool if storma got drizzle. It would also make hurricane and thunder the strongest widespread flying and electric move 100% accurate

I see what you're saying about Portector's cape and blowhole water hair? Personally I think a great way to have done that was to combine them? Maybe make it come out from the base of the dorsal fin and take a shape? Idk/ just spit balling. Or combine them into a large plume of hair kinda like Nightmare from Soul Caliber

Video idea! Make a concept with Dall E 2 then refine and finish the design yourself. I’ve been experimenting with it and it truly can come up with some crazy Fakemon idea. Just put “a Pokémon based on _____, digital art” you’ll get some really cool stuff.

can you make an evolution of skullpoin? it looks like a baby, so cute... but it's going to evolve into something really scarry I think, I mean becomming a giant bone scorpion may take a third stage evolution but I see a bony scorpion the size of snorlax (or bigger) with a vampire, dragon or demon skull with poisenous fangs (dripping) ready to bite you on its tail, and that if it's mean pincers (can also be skullshaped) won't get you. it could be really protective of it's stage one and really nice but I am picturing the bones of several dragons reanimated into the shape of a scorion so it will look big, mean and scarry regardless.
