You mentioned getting tangled using popping corks. If anyone else is struggling with that, I’ve had much less tangles by adding a couple feet of mono leader before the cork instead of tying braid directly to the popping cork.

Hey I’m going to be staying on st simons for the next week and a half, wondering where the best spot is to put in a kayak? I’d also love to go fishing with you sometime if you’re interested!

Well it all depends on what you're up for. Ghoulds inlet gives you access to some good fishing if you're up for the challenge of pushing through it. Then village creek landing is a good deal easier to launch out of if you prefer that. I'd love to do some guiding in the kayaks however I got some busy work weeks ahead of me so I'll be doing good to be getting out to fish as is let alone coordinate a trip haha, best of luck though and thanks for watching

What size hooks are you using for with shrimp?

Typically between 2/0 or 3/0. If I’m fishing more so around structure I use the 2/0 for to help out in maybe catching sheepshead, but fishing creek mouths or anything I go for a 3/0 to aim more towards redfish and trout
