I don't see why not. You can mix 2 RAMs with different frequency and 99,99% your motherboard's gonna support it. The faster stick will operate at the frequency of the slower stick. Example: you have a 2GB DDR2 PC2-5300 667MHz stick and you upgrade/ put beside another a 2GB DDR2 PC2-6400 800MHz stick, you will have 4GB RAM and both will work at 667 MHz.
