HOLD UP, this just came to me but, I think I finally understand why Glen eyes flick throughout the movie. Since he has a split personality in his doll form, I'm assuming it is triggering to him to see his parents murder or just murder in general and it could be like triggering the other personality (his sister) to come out because as we saw later in the movie, she is a complete opposite of Glen, takes after Chucky 100% (genetically and literally, wanting to be a killer). This does also explain why we see Glenda (his other personality or just sister) come out. Glen can't take it anymore and cant fight back his other personality, Glenda, who wants to shed blood after seeing her parents murder without her being able to, so when the opportunity came, Glen went away for a while and Glenda was there to kill Joan. OR this could be a sign that since Glen is so innocent and precious that it does trigger him and that could explain him pissing when frightened. These are just theories and I don't know if the flicking of the eye was supposed to mean something or if the writers intended it to but it all makes sense to me now that I've grew up watching chucky movies.

His guts aren't sizzling it's the moisture surrounding his organs are turning to vapor due to the organs still being the core body temperature assuming he's as healthy as a horse before his gutting and the coolness of the tiled floor as for the sound is probably his stomach acid eating away at the floor tiles
