Got this phone last 2023 for my daughter since her mother is working overseas so I want them to keep in touch anytime anywhere. I was also looking at a realme phone at that time but this was with a discounted price. So price wise, I chose this. All I can say is that it was the best purchase. Great budget phone with great memory storage camera and battery life. You can also plug a gaming headset with it. Way better than my iphone XR which is what I am using til now. 😂 very good for gaming thanks to the mediatek helio G85 with 4GB RAM. The only downside is the charger. But overall, it is a wonderful budget friendly phone no doubt.
Still Using my Solid redmi note 8 pro as its the Best Phone in this redmi series! a Solid high-end incradble phone and i have bouht it at 2020 and still the Performance (includeing games) dident redused by an inch. im other hand -this redmi 10c is a phone from the 80' .. in compare... and nothing to compare here. if you still not have it -Get the redmi note 8 Pro and you'l thank me. thank for the review cool dude :)
I bought mine for 2K + with shopee voucher (3/32).. i also have tecno 10c and infinix 30i and i can vouch that this phone has better display, chipset, operating system, and audio quality. tho the memory is a bit so so but i use cloud storage as my storage most of the time so the 32gb is enough.
As companies expand, their expenses too. Xioami now spends more money on research and development than before, their taxes also increase, that's why they are cost cutting. Look oppo and Vivo, they are now considered "overpriced" by many. Realme also increased their prices and now only using local chipsets such as the Unisoc on their budget segments, which saves them a lot of money.
Anong expand na pinagsasabi at research? Sa last 2020 hanggang ngayon 2023 halos recycled na lang chipset nila. Research and development para sa mga mid at low range hahaha. Hindi naman ito high end para pag-aksayahin nilang bagong features lol.
Redmi 12C is a really budget phone... Screen Display Quality is not too good for viewing videos... Camera Quality is good for Budget Phone... But Software Quality is not too good for using online by data or wifi... Everytime you use app or system app, there was full screen ads pop up... If you are using offline, Redmi 12C is a ok budget phone...
I'm very upset with Xiaomi....I've been using Xiaomi brands for almost 6 years...but this Redmi 12C...is far away my expectations. Other entry level phone these days are not using anymore Micro USB charge port, fingerprint scanner is side mounted., Only good things about this phone is the chipset and screen size., nothing more ...hope Xiaomi will improve more on it's next entry level phone.
Downgrade... It should've been a successor of 10C but this thing... Could never be the successor of 10C... The only thing that's good on this device is the updates...

this is ridiculous,and an insult to xiaomi redmi poco users,......poor design, useless specs, micro usb at 2022 ,2023, no more I.R blasters, no more second space on new phones, poor front megapexel always 5mp, for a phone that cost above a 100usd, screen in direct sunlight goes dark, and u cant see.......whats even going on, all of redmi previous low budget 2014 to 2019 phones are far more better than their so call new entry budget phones.....
Man that Redmi series has really gone down the toilet. I used to recommend this series to people looking for a decent but affordable budget phone. I can't recommend this one though.
