I am retired US Navy and this active duty Navy member appears to be a senior level individual. Sometimes direct deposits take 30 days to deposit into accounts. Since this was a first missed payment that could have been the issue. Military members are held to a higher standard and can be ordered to have their salary garnished. Something about this particular repo does not make sense to me.

As a guy who's had his fair share of hard times and repos. Shady "mechanics" stealing the engine from 1 of my cars and reselling on the black market. Ppl really shouldn't get attached to material things, least of all a car/ truck. I do work hard for the things I want but once I default on payments I just learn to let it go. And then when you're up again do it bigger and better! 💯

I think the repo people were out of line. I think they escalated the situation needlessly. Now I am no lawyer, but I think if someone tells you to get off their property and you don't, you are trespassing. It's one thing repo a vehicle at the shopping center or something like that, but to come on someone's property, that's a whole different thing. The homeowner should have called the police and made a trespass complaint.

I'm on my daughter's RU-vid. I mean no disrespect to you D, one day someone might grant you your ass kicking wish. I'm not saying that I could because of my age. I've only had two fights in my life. I won both of them without throwing a single punch. Apparently I was a thrasher. (Pick them up and throw them.) My first fight was in a bar. The guy was always starting fights. He also fought dirty. Long story short, he had 4 friends with him and they didn't move a muscle to help him when I pinned him against the wall. The bar owner was hitting my hand with a closed fist trying to break my grip from the guy's shirt. I finally let the guy go. I went back the next day to pay for the broken table. The bar owner told me that he almost had to call the ambulance for the guy. Not because I kicked his ass or anything, but because the guy was so petrified from being thrashed. He said that the guy was froze for 5 minutes after I left. My second encounter was when someone broke into my apartment one night with me in it. The neighbors called the cops because they thought it was me screaming for dear life. It was the intruder. When the cops got there they made sure that I lived there and that the other guy was the intruder. Then they asked the intruder if he wanted to press charges againt me. That was my last fight. Just because a guy won't fight doesn't mean he's scared. But usually it's because they are scared. But the one guy that isn't scared isn't talking smack. He's just waiting for you to take a swing. The gal with the red shirt is going to get you killed someday. You're the boss, you do all the talking. Hope you live to a ripe old age. Take care.
