I’m so happy with these. I do love the idea of Cleo’s eye whites being black, I think it makes her undead imagery more present. Also I think I found the problem I have with Clawdeen, I think it’s her silhouette. Like I think most of the outfits in the original gen were closer to her body, and I think her Monster Ball fits better because it’s a suit and her hair is up and not as fluffy. The other dolls seem bulky because they have coats and bigger top areas with big hair that crowd the same area. But yea, I love these, you did great.
I dont really like the mini mini skirt on Clawdeen, since she's a teen. But omg the jacket and the gold leopard printed top? *chefs kiss* the shoes fit her perfectly aswell. I like that Cleo looks like she's about to come onto a fashion show, which was her thing in G1, very cool indeed. Hosnestly, not much to say. The only thing bothering me is the dress splitting a bit too high. Maybe could be resolved with bandage looking shorts. Frankie is perfect, just wish they had more pink accessories to go with their shoes. Draculaura: Mmm.... belt. At the end of the day, my opinion doesn't matter. It's your deisgns and you're the one who has to like them!
yeah that's the only issue i have with clawdeen's outfit considering she's 15 (i think) i just think it's a little too revealing for her age. i kind of wish it was a bit longer if that makes sense?
I love these new designs so much! Cleo’s is probably my favorite of all of them! She gives off major “I’m Egyptian royalty and I’m better than you” vibes and I’m living for it! And the rant you did about the amount of Transphobia and fat phobia is sadly so accurate. But there is also so much racism in the community too. Like when Venus was first announced, good god people acted like they had been shot with how much racist bullshit they were saying. And oh my god when Catty was announced the fat phobia went from 100 to 100000 real quick. It’s so sad to see people act like this about characters that are based on real people and races. It honestly breaks my heart because I remember when the community was once a happy and safe space for everyone.
For the Clawdeen dolls hair, I’m fairly sure it’s made of polypropylene to save on costs. It’s a cheaper alternative to the much better nylon. Pretty sure it’s oil based? Or something like that which makes it incredibly dry and really hard to style or wet, and it rots out of dolls in like 15 years. If you’re willing to spend time on it I would reccomend buying some nylon hair from doll planet or a similar online store and reboot her. You could get microbraids if you want to keep the style. It is a lot of work though, so no pressure at all to do it, just an option lol Love the designs, the ghouls look so cute and the commentary is so nice to listen to

I cut my core Frankie's hair (all of my Frankies actually) into a more show-accurate cut, like a side shave, and they look ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. I love their long hair bu the side shave is just so ABDJBSJDBSJSBSJBANAJSJDBHA
I've come to change my opinion about Frankie, Cause my OG thought of the Nonbinary change was definitely sh!t. I've come to like the change and seeing how it makes a lot more sense now, But if i came to do more of a HC for them, I would of been more up to the thought they could of also been genderfluid(Or Genderflux? I could be butchering it-) cause of the many different body parts used to create Frankie! I feel some of their outfits could be different, more or less to be more appropriate for Teens cause of the shorts skirts and tops. That's just me being nitpicky- Cause i absolutely love your redesigns! And Love the OG Monster High! That's just my thoughts on how'd i potentially do their designs if i wanted to
G3 has the best dolls in my opinion mostly because of body diversity. The G1 and G2 doll bodies look weird and unrealistic compared to the G3 bodies to me. I'm also not a Clawdeen fan but a lot of that has to do with too much brown since it isn't my fav color (but i love that she is black) and the fact that i hate animal print.
Tbh yeah I can't look at G1and 2 bodies anymore T__T I always liked the Ever After High bodies better because they weren't so severe, and G3 has more of that vibe

I was never allowed to watch monster high or own any of the dolls because my mom thought it was to weird so the closest connection I had to it was a ds game which is sadly now lost🥲
