Why is this video four months old? It seems you're putting out obsolete content for the sole purpose of keeping yourself relevant. It's a disservice to your regular viewers.

Lol I can see your point. I create a ton of content and sometimes have videos saved months in advance. Not all the info in this video is obsolete, I go over a lot of important information about each neighborhood in this village that is still relevant. Sh** some of my 4 year old videos are still relevant and full of great content. I did realize that time went by too fast and I needed to get this video out sooner, rather than later. My goal was to create a new Summerlin drive through series and have them all lined up and ready to go every week. But time flew by so fast and I wasn’t able to create my vision of all the neighborhoods due to being very busy. It is what it is, if you don’t like it, so be it. I am only here to provide great content to my viewers, some will like it and some won’t. Such is life!
