Both cameras have their advantages. A510 offers Starvis2 sensor which gives better night video quality. The worst Customer Service I have ever had to deal with. It takes a week between each email response. I've had 2 different types and both have had problems. The first one had to be replaced after a year the 2nd F7N after 2 months turns off by itself still dealing with Customer No Service.

Maybe once in a while, but I would recommend completely relying on it. The screen being small will miss minute details and there might a 1-2 second lag in the video.
You can get it installed by yourself or you can contact any local car electrician at any of the car accessories shops. Hardwiring can be done in the fuse box. You have to purchase the specific hardwiring kit first .
Yes it can. But the display size won't be sufficient to spot all details. Also you might get 1-2sec lag, hence not recommended for everyday use (as reverse camera)

Upscaled 4K is cheaper. Native 4K is costlier. Although you also have the option of 70mai A810 at ₹20K. It offers excellent Native 4K quality coupled with Starvis 2.
