Hi there . So here I'm showing you a natural diy hair mask for reduce hair fall and regrow hair again. This hairmask is full of protein and nutrition. Following delivery, I noticed my hairfall but I remained calm. I acted to to control it. I chose a wellness-focused approach. I prioritized my nutrition, having vitamin-packed foods, especially rich in Protein, Biotin. I worked out regularly and engaged in yoga for stress management. I avoided styles that pull on my hair and stopped using heated hair tools to minimise hair stress. I also started applying LittleExtra's Coconion shampoo and hair oil combined with a neem wood comb. The outcome was hairfall control and the recovery of my hair.

I used fenugreek as toner for my hair growth and it actually worked To make this toner , 2 tablespoon fenugreek seed and 1 tablespoon of rice soak it in 1 cup of water till 6 - 7 hours transferd into a spray bottle or u can use cotton to apply ... Use it regularly till 30 days u can see visible hairgrowth

I had tried many diff combinations of oil but this is happening with every oil.. but when I didn't apply oil on hairs and wash them na, I didn't lose that much quantity of hair.. why is it though???? You can increase or decrease the quantity as your hair length. You're going to need these water to blend fenugreek and rice. You can add more water while blending if needed.

To stop hair fall you can use this mask twice a week only 1-2 months. But after you stop hair fall you still have to maintain haircare routine to keep them strong and healthy. it's normal to have very few hair fall, we can't stop this . After 2 months, Oil your hair 2-3 times a week and use hair mask once in every 2 or 3 weeks.

You can skip egg and add 1 medium size onion in this hair mask. If you are having a lot of hair fall then use this mask 2 times a week at least 1 month. After 1 month use once a week. Don't take stress for your hair fall. 😊

@CROWN ASHRITA while you're having hair fall at present,so it's more important to stop hair fall first than regrowing. just focus at reducing hair fall and then try remedies that helps to regrow For heavy hair fall- use this mask3 times a week For medium hair fall-2 times a week.

First of all you have to stop hair fall and for this,use this mask once or twice in a week at least one month. When hair fall will be under control you should follow simple and effective hair care routine to keep them strong and healthy. Oil your hair 2 times in a week and shampoo your hair . Give your scalp a gentle massage sometimes. Use eggs on your hair in every 1 or 2 weeks. Keep your scalp clean . These simple care will help you to keep your hair stronger. Never wear helmet on wet hair. [It's normal to have very few hair fall. There's no way to stop hair fall permanently . If you have hair then they'll fall and grow up again]

@@abhisiktabaral5226 it's not compulsory to use shampoo but shampoo will help you to remove the small to smaller particles of this mask. If you have heavy hair fall use at least 2 times in a week, apply for 45 minutes and wash it of. this way you won't get headache. And one thing don't use polythene or shower cap for heat if you have headache problem.

Oiling hair is really good for hair growth and health. But never keep the oil for 2-3 days on your hair. This is bad for your hair. It causes Hairfall and oil attract dirt on your hair. So apply oil at night and wash off next day. Or apply 2-3 hours and wash off. (Applying at the night time is the best option).
