If your having problems with reduced power mode don't take a chance, replace the whole throttle body before you cause a accident. Total coast $115. Have some Respect for your fellow drivers ;)
Hey after watching this video I got a price from a shop to replace my wife's throttle body in her 2010 Equinox and they said $425.00 to replace it. After watching this video I decided to do it myself and it took me a total of 25 minutes and it was replaced and running great. Thank you so much for this video it made the job so easy and saved us after buying the throttle body for $126.00 my labor was free. So $126.00 or $425.00 which one would you have gone with. It's a no brainer.

You have to do more. I can understand you alot better how to do things then all the other ones iv looked for my 07 Chevy Equinox I don't know if the motor mount gave way subframe ball joint or what but I will tell you I have no clue what was going on until I pull it in the driveway. It's crazy but someway somehow I will figure it out
My 2010 Chevy equinox. The engine lights comes on while I’m not moving I.e at a light, then the engine reduced power is on then the stabilized turns on all while it starts to shake when those lights and warning turns on.
The problem is where that hose for the air intake plugs into. The one you pulled out. You will see that one of those sides is cluggged and air cant get thru. Also add an oil catch and a engine oil cap that lets air out but does not air in. You also have bad piston rings and are causing extra pressure on the engine and making oil come out thru air hose

And from my knowledge if this doesn't work you gotta get yourself a new accelerator pedal, basically unless you already own a Chevy don't go out and buy one
You are not supposed to take the throttle body off.if you take the bottle Friday off your engine when you put it back on now you will have to have it reset and calibrate it back to the computer you must clean it in place. I hope nobody listen to this guy because now you have problems with your car newer cars throttle body is electric driven not cable driven soon as you disconnect it and take it off you will have to have it reprogrammed and calibrated with your EC unit
