Mikey, what a treat to be in China! Amazing people! There work ethic is beyond my comprehension! It seems everywhere we shop online or in stores, everything or many things of all varieties comes from China! Their Quality has been improving very rapidly in every sense! I found that any ebike heavier than 20kgs is a struggle to pedal manually. Nice to see there are ebikes weighing 16-17 kgs.

Interesting to see the manufacturing scaling with these shared components. Makes sense than to have every maker design & manufacture their own. Theoretically for every battery size, there should be an optimal frame mount that minimizes material costs, & has high reliability. Then most ebikes would get to use that same design.

This explains why frames on different brands look very similar. Did I understand it correctly if they make the batteries or just the housings and controllers.

But all ebikes don't look the same. Stealth bomber clones - Jetson Bolt Pro - Tomofree, the list goes on and on. There are so many popular niche electric bikes that the title of this video bewilders me. It was interesting to hear about the Reention story though, sort of.😔🤐😶‍🌫
