He did that cuz the guy in the blue didn't stop going after the other guy when the ref. blocked him from the fighting ref got in between the two of them and the ref had his hand on his side and he continued going after the other guy instead of stopping that's what it looks like to me hope that makes sense so in that case I think the ref was justified and I think the ref is establishing that when he says stop then it's supposed to stop
