In case of measuring urine, should I use the working electrode with counter electrode and not consider the reference electrode?

What are your suggestions if I can use the only silver paste as RF rather than Ag/AgCl paste for screen-printed electrodes?

In a 3 electrode system I think Ag will work fine.

Is this AgCl even stable in a fluidic solution and will not be washed?

I would just stop saying voltage and call it by it's true name = potential. You don't call current amperage, hopefully. Pretty sure you made many electrochemists cringe :P Other than that, good stuff
