This video will be removed if requested by ceno0 (. I did not intend for this video to take views away from ceno0's video, but to show my appreciation for the references and jokes for such an amazing video.
For the references I didn't include:
Intro: I didn't include some of the references in the intro cuts because I couldn't find the sources for them, and the Michael Jackson reference was pretty on the nose.
Space Sequence: AFAIK It's just a cool sequence, I know the music and the idea is it's supposed to be soldier doing a "Heavenly Potemkin Buster", but since it doesn't parallel it directly I didn't include it.
Waifus: I have NO idea what the other 2 waifus were. I believe one is from Dangan Ronpa but I couldn't pinpoint who, and the blue girl is probably a 3D vtuber model from deviant art.
I know Demo is back there. Everyone knows, it's not hard to see lmao, I just didn't include it cause EVERYONE in the original video spotted it.
I didn't include Ayanami Fumos that make a repeat appearance in the same areas, since it's still the same Fumos.
Also there's a SHIT ton of references that I just didn't know, couldn't put my finger on or didn't include because it'd mess with the flow of the video (and it'd just be really long.) Hopefully the comments will be lit up telling me what I've missed! I'll do a follow up with those references then!

I love that the entire fight between Soldier and BLU Heavy was just a giant Guilty Gear reference. Pretty much every attack they used is from GG, and I think I've figured out which ones were used. In order of appearance: Sol Bandit Revolver Sol 5P Jack-O idle pose Sol 2P Jack-O crouch Happy Chaos At The Ready/Fire Faust j.K Faust j.2K Sol 6P Sol 5K Nagoriyuki 6K Jack-O 2K I can't tell what Heavy's super is supposed to be, but I feel like it's referencing either Ramlethal or Leo Potemkin 2H Potemkin 5H Potemkin 5K Yellow Roman Cancel (specifically yellow because Soldier was in blockstun) Sol Bandit Revolver (again) Sol j.K Potemkin Ground Throw Uhhh, idk. Pot 2D, maybe? It's a slide and not a poke, but that's all that's coming to mind. Jack-O 2S is the closest match to what Heavy does here. Sol Fafnir Sol 2D Sol Xrd Intro Heavenly Potemkin Buster I think I got them all? If someone wants to offer corrections or point out anything I missed, you're more than welcome to.

I know it's a couple of months late but as a sol main I ve noticed you ve mistook a couple of very similar moves. 1. Bandit revolver 2. 5P 3. 2P (pretty sure it's referencing soldier continously trying to input gunflame and failing) After the shotgun it goes: -6P (anti-air) -5K -gunflame(no fire effect) The air double kick also look like sol's 5Ks, tho I'm pretty sure they have the ground animation instead of the directional air one's. Other then that everything seems on point 😀

From what I can see no one's mentioned Blue heavy being in the Family Guy death pose at around 1:57, for the like 5 frames he's visible. Also for the record the only reason I recognize that pose is because it's been memed to hell and back. There's also the trade federation station at 2:55. Also during the sequence starting at 3:17 the song that's playing is the Evangelion version of fly me to the moon.

It's a minor reference but one I haven't seen people point out yet is that when the camera focuses on heavy and he says "sex, now!", it's a reference to Travis Touchdown from No More Heroes 3 meeting the antagonist of the game, FU for the first time and his line in the scene is, "Bring it on, I'll give you a little kiss".

The gurren laggan sequence is actually a couple layers of references For one, that rendition of "Fly me to the moon" sounds like the Bayonetta version And the stars right before the sequence are VERY reminiscent of Kill la Kill's star uniform flashes

2:31 I believe this move Soldier does here is a reference to Slayer's attacks in Guilty Gear Xrd. The way he dashes back before immediately sliding forwards reminds me of Slayer's Dandy Step in which he does the same backdash, although a Slayer does this much slower. Pressing P during this stance goes into Pilebunker, the actual punching part of the move. I don't think the sweep after Pilebunker is an actual reference to anything.

another thing I noticed that wasn't listed at 5:38 is when heavy says "sex, NOW" is that the movement is pretty much identical to that of a cutscene in no more heroes 3, which is somewhat of a meme (typing no more heroes 3 into the discord gif search will give you an example of what I mean) edit: also a dancing engineer at 6:15 edit 2: he made a follow-up video on other references he originally missed, including the No More Heroes one I listed

Just after that, not only is the Red Heavy recreating the Sun Tzu's Ark part of Soldier's speech in Meet the Soldier in the back, but the Blue Heavy is doing the same animation as Travis Touchdown going "Alright... Bring it on!" from the beginning of No More Heroes 3. The latter of which having been gif'd *to death* - search up Travis Touchdown on something like Discord's gif search and 90% of them are that exact clip with various different captions.
