Refitting the body back on the chassis and getting the P38 running and functioning. See here for the Brake Bleed procedure: • Range Rover P38 # 054 ... And as per the title, and unfortunate end to the video. Yet to be resolved....
Great vid again sir, shame it ended as it did, I learnt the hard way doing jobs for mates they think mates rates are free but hopefully you can sort it pal.
Sorry mate but while watching you do the work i wondered if the car had some sentimental value. Thats the problem when major works are carried out on an older less valuable motor. I assessed the cost at somewhere around £2k !! Did he watch your videos to see what was involved ?? Think £900 is more than generous. 👍👍
No, no sentimental value at all. It was bought a couple of years back and ive been storing it ever since. Im glad its not just me that thinks i was doing it cheap. I did begin to wonder if id got it wrong....
£1500 would have been cheap. You said before it didn’t really need a chassis change so why was he wanting to spend money in first place?? You’ll maybe have to buy it off them to sell to get your money back. I stopped doing stuff for people years ago unless I’d a.estimate done first
I'm interested in you changing my chassis on my D2 04 V8 I have the galv chassis I also wish to retro fit rear AC I have all parts I don't have contact information for you
