Health is going to have to be a big focus for me over the next 12 months. Can't go on the way things are. 2019 was business focused now its time to get myself right.
I'm glad to hear that's your goal mate. Health is a combination of nutrition, mindfulness, exercise and relationships. If you improve your health, you can improve your business because I believe that when you are at your peak and looking after yourself, you are far more capable of looking after others!
