Warning!! This video is LONG! It's all me talking and talking and talking about all the details and how we discovered one of our twins had GERD and a severe Egg allergy and the other had bad reflux. If your baby's spit up is concerning you please give this video a watch - hopefully I'm happy to help give some info to those that might be waiting to see a doctor. Love your channel. Your twins are adorable! My son has GERD. He would arch and in a lot of pain after eating. We would always hold him to comfort him and never put him flat. We are trying different formulas and medication to see what would help. My son couldn’t tolerate my breastmilk so we had to use hypoallergenic formula- which helped a lot. He hasn’t gained any weight in a month. Did your twins have trouble gaining weight?

Aww poor guy! Emilia did the same thing. I’ve heard the allergy friendly formulas help but it takes a while for the other things to get out of his little system. I’m sure once the pain is gone he’ll eat more! We had to supplement pumped bottles for Em in between nursing to help her gain weight. I think once the pain is gone they are more comfortable eating more. I went on an elimination diet but I know it took a while to get out of both of our systems. I noticed dairy was the biggest thing and then I think egg was too because we now know she’s highly allergic to egg. But I also took out soy and nuts.

Thank you for the advice. You’re a super mom. You handled the twins so well. It’s stressful to see the little guy in so much pain. I’m trying to eliminate dairy, nuts, and eggs but it’s so hard. We used to supplement pumped bottle with formula. But we stopped it because was too heavy and made his reflux worse. We are having a hard time doing tummy time because of the reflux. Do you any advice?
