INGREDIENTS
½ cup pearl barley
1.5 liters of fresh water
½ inch piece of ginger sliced (more for garnish)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated jaggery (or you can use honey)
½ teaspoon black salt
Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish
