Hi Julien, you mentioned that you freeze your starter so you can transport from UK to France. Can you possibly share your process, thank! I'm a home baker and has been baking sourdough for several years. This is a new technique to me and hope you can help and teach so I can learn a new trick to store my starter in case I go for a long holidays. Thanks in advance!

Sûre The thing is I think the defrosted starter was dead but can be refresh so a bit of the old one remain in the new one 👍

Hi Julien, I have been making bread and rolls for 5 years now. I have never made sourdough bread. I think I've been afraid of making a starter and the responsibility of keeping it alive. Maybe you will teach me how 😊 I'll stay tuned as usual ❤

Is it ok to eat the wheat flour with some of the hulls or husks ground in with them? I don't know much at all about flour maybe this is normal.
