Successful ground servicing with GSX. (Call for refueling first, THEN click "load aircraft" in the EFB). You can then call for boarding simultaneously.
In the latest version of the Fenix, there is a direct integration between the airplane and GSX. Which module controls the rate depends on how you're triggering the loading. If you're triggering it via the "GSX" option on the Fenix, I believe it is the Fenix that dictates how long things take. If you're triggering GSX manually, GSX's settings should control it. Let me know if you find something different.
As far as I can tell, it doesn't respect that. What you can do instead, to mitigate this, is to increase the passenger "density" in GSX settings. This will make GSX board passengers faster.
My jetway connects then goes straight to boarding passengers and starts counting how many are boarding. None are walking in the jetway. If I turn off jetway for the gate they board via the busses but whenever the jetway connects, they don’t. Even turned off/disabled custom jetway in the main gsx menu
I've not been able to reproduce that, I'm afraid. I always have to request boarding. It never happens automatically. I have had to customise the passenger paths manually to get them to walk in the right place, though. That's a common issue unfortunately.
