Panasonic EZ6225 Electric Screwdriver
Damaged switch Excessive wear and tear Low battery
I rebuilt the shrapnel of the switch, sanded and polished the exterior after cleaning, replaced the lithium battery, and rebuilt the charging port.
It is now in perfect condition and fully restored to its former function.

I recently bought a new Makita DF012 E screwdriver, they must have the same screw in/out buttons mechanism just like this Panasonic one. Now I know what to do when it fails. Thank you sir.

Thank you. The crystal coating liquid I used is to add a layer of coating to plastic. I don’t know the specific ingredients.

Thank you for posting this video. I will be rebuilding an EY- version of this. One thing that I cannot find anywhere is the specific lubrication types. Nobody seems to know on the net & the Service manual does not list any specific lubrication types. What are you using? Thanks!

Thank you, the Shimano lubricant I use is generally used for bicycle bearings.
