I had a compressor like that on a welding rig back in the 90s, POS Briggs engine. Was ok for basic air tools but I just used a gouging tip on a torch for reparing cracks.
Everything i have read and heard says it wont keep up. Dont know if i want to spend the money on a gouging torch just for it not to work as efficient as it should. i plan on building a compressor down the road that will be 22+ CFM to put on my truck
I’m looking to pick up that same brand but the two tank to put on my lowboy only $200. I also got a free 60 gallon husky that needs something but hey it was free. I’m on the road full time so I haven’t had time to mess with it
Looking good bro. My back was hurting watching you unload that thing. Think I would have used that little Kubota lol. Knock on wood got my big compressor on my truck from HF it has done good.
Should of set up the bucket of tractor to the gate and rolled the compressor into it. Great little unit, HONDA mkes great engines, lasts for ever...almost anyway. 🍻
Tanks been pressure tested and hold just fine, I have inspected the inside and it has no rust what so ever. I have seen that video though, and if the tank was in worse shape i wouldnt have used it
