Remember when these first came out that everyone was saying that cartoons shouldn't have guns anymore? Then the creators of this show decided "Welp. Here's guns kids!" Good times...
1:27 I always can’t help but bust out laughing when Muscle Man gets dragged & just continues firing shots at absolutely nothing, he didn’t even try firing in the direction his foot was being pulled😂🤣😂🤣
@@parkchimmin7913 I thought I was crazy. I remember Mordecai saying Benson would be pissed once but every time I watched it afterwards he'd say ticked
@@loyalpiper yes, it actually is. The cartilage in our joints actually keeps us from feeling the friction and aching. So technically, it sort of makes sense
1st scene: two friends hanging out eating grilled cheese sandwiches and watching funny internet videos 2nd scene: said friends fighting on a time traveling microwave fighting because of a girl
@@kujakubes241 Hey Nujabes and MF DOOM have an album called 'Metaphorical Villainy' It's pretty good I'd say to check it out mate. Now that they're both in heaven making beats and bangers together
The wind whispering scene is creepy because of three things in my opinion: the music was low but still audible, the atmosphere is creepy with the wind blowing and creepy whispers, and Mark Hamill himself
I'm pretty sure they got the Benson drumming idea from a show called Metalocalypse. Pickles, the drummer, was sent off to rehab because he's an alcoholic. The band bought a drum robot that could perform better than most drummers. Pickles ends up succeeding rehab so they let him go. On the way to the concert location, Pickles saw booze and relapsed. And then Pickles drum kit starts flying! He drives it, beer in hand, to kill the drumming robot (who became evil). Anyways yeah he drunkenly crashed the flying drum kit, with the robot on board, and jumped off before crashing. The robot is obliterated, and Pickles safetly landed in the oceon. Then his bottle of beer lands upright next to him, floating, and then the most a real great song comes on next.
Watched Metalocalypse not too long ago and was kind of reminded of that scene. Fun show. Didn’t expect to like it as much as I did in the end. And I guess that can be said for both Metalocalypse and Regular Show.
5:22 It’s official. Mordecai and Rigby are just PG-13 Beavis and Butthead. I always figured they were like Beavis and Butthead with their laughs sounding similar at times
@@apophis7712 which is funny cause we censor anime and total drama island pretty roughly but when it comes to stuff made in the country we let it slide
I cannot express how grateful I am to be apart of the generation who was able to witness this greatness while it was still on air. This show as a child was one of the best series I’ve ever could’ve laid my 10 yr old eyes on. This show had guns, awesome fights, crazy plots, and not to mention THE LICENSED MUSIC….I’ve never in my entire life witnessed a cartoon (that was intended for children/teens) have so many bangers. I’m just very proud to say that I watched this show from the very beginning all the way to the end…and man was it worth it.
@@mr.mustardcustard8564didn't mordecai go back in time to where before they fucked up th microwace and got sent to another dimension? Its the real rigby dude
I’m like 23 and honestly want to go back and watch this show. Especially now that I can drink. I bet this is a fun show to play drinking games with. Lol
I love how in Regular Show and in Close Enough, it always has either a portal to another dimension, a fist fight, and an anthropomorphic object towering over half the city.
