I think swimming is a great idea, totally allow the legs to stay big , right up to the show. Sometimes all the pounding on the calves and legs can really affect the size. Good thinking, I am going to do this.

Honestly I wouldn’t ever show anything I wouldn’t use, I like using the decend as it really helps me relax at night and also helps me go into a deep sleep at night, truly is something amazing, I know there’s a lot of bad behind it, but I honestly haven’t seen anything bad come from this brand, I took it for a month straight and stopped cold turkey and 0 issues
