I think you all are going about this the complete wrong way. You gotta tell the government that they will make 100s of MILLIONS if not BILLIONS of dollars (per year!!) if they legalise and regulate it. You need to convince them that they will be VERY VERY rich. Maybe that will change their minds... because it is true.
