Hi again from Greece, hope you're all well. Thanks for the yummy video, keep them coming please. Do you sell and send overseas? I would really be grateful if you did. Do you come across chaga? Do you collect and sell it if so? What a wonderful environment you live in, far from the madness of city living. Love it!! God bless and see you very soon, I hope.
Hi Helen, hope things are good all the way over in Greece. Glad to hear from you again. We do have dried Morels and dried Chaga. You can find our business email in the about section on our channel page if interested.
Man, they're some beauts, aye! Hoping to find my first morels this year or I'm going to have to reach out to you. Food looks delicious, campfire cooking done right. Cheers
Hey Emma, regarding the garlic, I have been growing the same heirloom variety for years. Each fall i select the biggest cloves for replanting in October. Then i just feed them a small amount of compost and cover over the garlic bed with a 1” layer of leaves for the winter. In the spring the new garlic will poke through the leaf layer and will grow until around late August before harvesting.
