Sort of a fan edit, yeah, but let me tell you a secret; Ami from Sailor Moon and Sakura from Naruto share the same voice actress, Kate Higgins. She's done a good job for voice-acting them, but is distinctive in my opinion (No offense, Kate). As for Rei's actress, Cristina Vee/Valenzuela, she said a B-word as Riruka Dokugamine while fighting against Rukia from Bleach.

It’s dubbed. Rei’s use of “bitch” and Ami’s screaming came from other anime’s their voice actors were in using the same voices. Why it sounds flawless. Lol
