This is exactly what I need right now, I started a new job last week and I don’t think it is right for me but I don’t want to let people down so I am trying to stick with it but it is playing havoc with my anxiety 😢
In my experience it’s a very peaceful experience; however everyone’s experience will be slightly different. Most people feel like they go to sleep during the session but still remain talking to me as I ask them questions. Some people have a complete awareness of their body the entire time. Often if any emotion bubbles up during the session, that’s old trauma from that life being released 💚 Overall these sessions are very healing & peaceful 💚
