I have no negative or positive thoughts regarding Reina. She hasn't done anything of great note yet. I'll see how the story DLC further develops this character.
Harada kinda gave Reina the Paige treatment right there folks, took one game and she’s super popular now as Juri’s debut. now I wonder how she’ll step up like a Stephanie McMahon hmmm?
I need to know more about her backstory like who is the baby mama? Lars was an affair but Reina seems like she knew and respected her father heihachi so who is her mom? Heihachi was a real lady's man.🤣🤣🤣🤔
Personally I don't have any other opinion of her just yet except her being a female Heihachi. She's not a bad newcomer that's for sure, gladly take her over Azucena or worse.....Lucky Chloe.....but she definitely could have been better. But I feel like we're going to get better from her in Tekken 9 onward.
She is a repackaging of Heihachi's original motivation, gaining and Harnessing the power of the Devil Gene. I kinda wish she was more original than that tho.
Even with the devil gêne I doubt she could beat Lars, let alone Kazuya or Jin(but hey, she might be the new protag going forward who knows ? Maybe Ogre makes a return instead of having her be another Devil Kazuya)
Nope just a new threat and time skip just makes reina stronger. Ogre is a one shot let him go. She is the sub boss reina in her devil form kills and absorbs ogre
Epic character and finally changing things in the Mishima bloodline rivalry. although for Tekken 9 I feel like Ogre or Jinpachi may come back to take the spotlight from her. In simple terms I don't think she'll be the real final boss of Tekken 9 just the big boss until some else comes and steals the show.
With that said and done, I think By Tekken 9 it’s going towards the route of DOA at this point if Harada is still involved. And I’m beginning to see similarities with Reina to some casts on the DOA franchise. With Lili and Asuka kinda mimics Helena and Hitomi.
@@vikingfromnorth45 kazuya beat her ass… her ending is non cannon AND a dream. She let a depowered Jin win AFTER he outfought her. So her record is stalemate with jin, loss to kazuya, stalemate to Nina. A mary sue would have win all their matches and get a super power up. Also, Mary sues are heroes. Villains being OP is normal and the opposite to a Mary sue. A Mary Sue is a character archetype in fiction, usually a young woman, (jin the strongest but the youngest least experienced Mishima) who is often portrayed as inexplicably competent across all domains, gifted with unique talents or powers, (Mishima blood wasn’t enough. devil powers weren’t enough. ANGEL POWERS!) liked or respected by most other characters, (Jin even though he literally started WW3 and killed so many people) unrealistically free of weaknesses, (if you aren’t a devil, you aren’t winning. Even then he wins most matches.) extremely attractive, (it’s Jin. Also has ling chasing his dick around) innately virtuous, and generally lacking meaningful character flaws. (Suddenly a good person when he was JUST a warlord. His “inner battle” was his only flaw and that was just to insert him as a hero and blame all the negative of his devil)
She actually got wrecked against Kazuya and Jin. She's far from a Mary Sue. Do you even know what that means????😂😅😂😅😂😅 Kim Possible is The Biggest Mary Sue I've ever seen. You have her confused
@@simpleclonetrooper2740 had to correct this man on the term Mary Sue. Reina most certainly didn't have it her way. but a sense she did earn her set up in Tekken 9. With her being a new Devil I can see her looking for her get back against Kazuya
You do know names can exist in different languages and sound the same right? It’s Japanese and It’s 麗奈. Reyna is the Spanish version. They’re not the same thing
