I need to do this to my dads storage shed. The whole floor. But i will instead cut around the perimeter and remove the old 4/8 osb floor and THEN put in new 6/8 plywood. And while i got that open below ill add in vapor barrier plus a proper gravel foundation to prevent moisture from wicking up.

Get a 9inch nail and nail that loose corner to the closest joist at an angle 👌
