It's not the masculinity that makes someone exceptional in those fields, it's their skills, dedication, luck, etc. Societal biases may lead to more men being encouraged to pursue and excel in these fields, but if you are implying that women are somehow less capable, that's BS.
Because true masculinity is based upon a person's skill, courage, being able to adapt to the situation quickly, and overall being strong both physically and mentally in the things you do. Masculinity is not just based on your muscles or how you look.
