When I was younger, I decided to abandon needless emotion and focus on physical and mental success. My grades improved, I became a better person and I became pretty muscular. You can turn your life around. No matter how bad things are going, there's always a way out, and to a better life. Even those with physical or mental challenges can achieve greatness, for success is just as much about your own mindset as it is luck and hard work. No matter how lucky or hard working you are, if you don't think that you can do it, you won't. But if you know that you can do it, you will. Everyone reading this, have a great life
heh same ive rejected love and im embracing grind and im gonna become strong no more will women haunt me and make me think of myself as a loser and a hated person its time yo embrace grind
This video really motivates me, 3 years ago I was en emotional wreck because of mental abuse my fake friends were. Recently I won my fight with depression and suicidal thoughts, now my goal is to lose weight. I was 78kg before the pandemic, needed to lose 2 more for ideal weight but in two years I gained weight and ended up at 96, I started working out again and I'm already at 90. I feel like I can do this :D Edit: Thank you my good people, I managed to lose weight but not much, my health is deteriorating but I'm not giving up. It will take more time but I can do it :D
i was weighing 93 kilos when i last weighted (maybe 2 to 3 weeks ago) and now im on the same road as you trying to lose weight. we can do it, king. brothers helps each other to become stronger 💪🏼
Legends are made not born. You chose to make yourself one and for that you deserve nothing but sheer success and happiness. You dropped this during your run 👑
Zyzz would be really proud of all of us for keeping up his legacy and helping thousands realize that today, is the day you can begin your journey to greatness.
People are not educated enough about what it takes to be healthy and how to do it, People are being taught its ok to be weak or fat while its not when you can do something about it, and trust me everyone can do something about it
I agree espeecially with porn. If you think about its basically everywhere nowadays. Just even a standart music video today would be considered porn in the 90s. Sex sells.
Okay guys starting from now until at the end of next year as a target I will have to get to 70kgs and right now I am 59kgs and I want to gain lean muscle. I will keep you guys updated!!! Stay strong guys 💪
I was one of the losers, doing nothing all day, failing school. I decided to beat myself and go out for cross country, now I'm healthier than I ever was. Thank you Zyzz
Problem is, Masculinity is completly made-up as a Concept, most evidend by how you can get 654321 Defintions by asking 6,5k People. It's literally made-up, so no wonder it's so damn-hard to define. And that's not even mentioning how the silly Search-Journey for a Defintion has led to the Creation of so many Issues: Guess who's thinking about Masculinity ALL THE TIME? Yeah: Neckbeards, In-els, Nice-Guyz, and many more groups. That again is no proof but very telling.
@@slevinchannel7589 Nah, God created us male and female. Opposites that attract each other. I am laughing in your face at your deconstructionary BS. Literally laughing at the screen right now just reading your nonsense BS comment LMAO.
Videos like this really got me out of simping, killed my depression and made me get a six pack. Set backs are there, because they introduce Zyzz to you! Pumping for stereo!
I don't even think zyzz wanted to be a vision of manliness for us in the future. He just did what he thought was right and spread a strong message. And what a strong message he has spread, how many young men and women have gotten their asses to the gym, started eating healthy and taking care of themselves.
In his last year of his life he was moving away from from being a meme and troll and was transitioning into being an inspiration and an idea how to better your life. Aka lil zyzz in all of you etc all those type of vids came in his last year. We are essentially continuing his work.
I don't think the author of this video added that segment to make fun of him, it would be actually the opposite. It is to be respected he chose to change himself for the better.
@@rektoman620 He's a youtube veteran who has been part of controversy in the past and got made fun of alot. I did see he tries to better his health in some ways, which is pretty respectable.
@@josephsade3423 More Masculinity-Must-Watches: Pop Culture Detective, Salari, Hbomberguy (his Soy Video maybe) and of course Forrest Valkai, an actual Biologist.
Girls: it's okay just be yourself Men: kid don't outlive your problems, but most especially don't be a problem, just be yourself. BUT THE BEST VERSION OF WHO YOU ARE THAT YOU COULD OFFER Edit: yeah the previous version of this comment is straightly fucked up but any who gonna change a few things so there'll be less arguments. Besides we all have our own opinion of what "being yourself" is, so no need to argue so let's just stay focused on what makes us better
This trend came in just in time for me. I’ve lost more weight than I ever have in my life and I’m close to losing 100 pounds of fat. This is just motivating me even more now! Edit: thanks for all the good vibes everyone, I won’t let any of the bois down! For Zyzz!
You are goddamn right. Even some days can be wasted. I know of people who say "they'll begin next monday" because it's tuesday or something. Instantly know they won't do shit.
okay all jokes and memes aside brahs, do people actually watch twitch streamers? like i kinda get watching some skilled dude play Halo, but watching some dude or girl sit in front of a camera, and just... talk for 2 hours about dumb shit has to be one of the most brain rotting forms of entertainment ever
I've been 120kg last 4 months, haven't left home for years(only grocery store and university sometimes). My life is fucking miserable sitting at pc for 14hours/day and sleeping the rest of it. I'm 24 and i have achieved nothing. I am done. I will do whatever it takes to achieve perfection. Zyzz, are you watching? I WANNA BE A SICK KUNT AND I WILL BE ONE YOU HEAR ME?
Although we have different motivation and goals, we all have something in common here. We are trying to better ourselves to make life more worthwile, and to that I salute you my friends! Best of luck and keep grinding, it’ll be worth it.
Big props to the guy! It's so much easier to just be depressed and scared to leave the house, feeling like everyone is judging you... My man took his shirt off and didn't give a fuck! This dude is gonna make it.
i love this video ,i recently seeing this and it wakes me up, i was an alchoholic due to depression and ive seen my self loosing ,and now im trying to build my self up again ,being to who i was before
@@JB-rl8ki thank you brother ,i thought i was the only one ,having this type of addiction, since im depressed i cant sleep at night and alchohol is my solution that leads me to self detruction ,
@UCzN_Mef12tpzKpcNST5-S_g ignore the voice in your head that tells you alcohol will be fun, its in the back of your mind whispering to you "just one drink", "it wouldnt hurt to have a beer" recognize it and tell it to fuck off.
Just wanted to say something after watching this video, 7-8 months before when I had no job, only facing rejections after rejections in interviews, one day decided to gym and enrolled it just for out my frustrations. But as day passes 1 month then 3 months, I was feeling better and the confidence is again gaining. Got my job after 3 months. Never think I was able to dead lift 10 kg or empty rod, today 2nd December I hit 90 kg deadlift. Whomever is reading that comment, just wanted to say give 45min - 1 hour to physical activity hit gym for 3 months with consistency, you will see changes in strength may be not outer body but for sure from inner body in terms of strength confidence you feel something. Something terrific feeling
I am a woman and men who are gentle, emotionally & mentally stable, physically healthy, kind, smart, and with good principles and good goals in life are very attractive to me.
YOU will make it, brah. I believe in you. Why? I’ve never met you. But you’re watching Zyzz videos, so I know there’s something special inside. Follow it and don’t stop.
Actually when you look back in the day of first time goin to gym . Its never a regret man You can move better now you can run faster now you can breath more air now you can lift heavier now Its gives you the ability all you have to do is work and get it. Its never a regret
I just love these videos I started my journey 8 months back. I was in serious depression and wanted to end my life but the gym just saved me I lost 90lbs of weight and now people praise me like hell.. Im sooo happy!!
Observing what is wrong is only the first step. the most important one is to take action and become the change that you want to see around you. If you are on a journey of becoming a better man, feel free to use the resources I share on the Mastery Order Channel and become the kind of man you would look up to. I wish you strength and wisdom to pick the right path in life for you and discipline and willpower to follow through. All the best to you!
This reminds me of Teddy Roosevelt. Read up on him, the man was one of the most gigachad men to ever live. Grew up sickly and frail, and after a childhood of feeling inferior, he one day just decided to "live a strenuous life" and become as physically and mentally fit as possible. And then he became a politician, a rancher, a war hero, a boxer, a renowned writer, and ultimately, one of the greatest presidents in US history.
breakup and a lot of stress makes me gain a lot of weight. Back then at October i'm started at 85 kg, barely can run without feels like i'm almost faints, now i'm at 76, have my routine schedule of sport and exercise. Keep fighting boys, we all can make it !

From 140 kg to 94 kg in 6 months (hight - 193 cm). Without Gym, only my will, diet and home workout. Thank you ZYZZ. IT'S TIME TO GO TO THE GYM FOR GREATNESS. THIS is not over yet !!!!
“Pain doesn’t tell you when you ought to stop. Pain is the little voice in your head that tries to hold you back because it knows if you continue you will change.” -Kobe Bryant
I used to be fat. I was insulted by my coworkers and my friends and couldn't take it anymore. I ran 2.4 Kilometers everyday and went on a strict diet of only fruit and lost 20kg after 3 months. After running at my fastest, I had a hideous diaphragm injury and couldn't breathe properly. Even fell asleep easier because of the shortness of breath which honestly made it feel like I passed out instead of dozing off. Even the doctors couldn't help me. But recently I've been hitting the gym after gaining some weight again. I need help. My motivation only lasts for a bit and I give up and turn to unhealthy eating when I'm feeling negative emotions easily. I need someone to give me a few words of encouragement. Thank you.
I just wanna say that keep bouncing back fight from it do anything you can to make things right in your life and if you ever feel like giving up replay this video !!!
5 years ago I was 300+ pounds, broke, suicidal and going through a divorce. Was planning to end everything until my best friend said hey let's hit the gym...and that was all she wrote. Lost 125+ got jacked, got a better job and found better quality people to be around. Keep your heads up fellas 💪
Sending love to all of you. I enjoy living at the same time as yall. Stay motivated. Get rewarded for your hard work and never give up. WE SHALL EMBRACE MASCULINITY.

The "just be yourself" mentality is the most toxic "positivity" that you can say to someone, if your "yourself" right now is selfdestructing, deprecating and unhealthy, STOP BEING YOURSELF, be better, be a goddamn MAN.
After joining the grind world and the realm of masculinity i realised how many people are doomed to fail in life due to their shitty goals, such as who they'll fuck tomorrow or which party they can go to. Makes me sad honestly but that's not stopping me from proving anyone wrong for what they think about me. First you learn then remove the L after all, ain't it?
The fat guy, wants the UWU, who wants the the guy in shape, while the fat guys pays for her hobbies.....THATS TRAAAASHSHSHSHSSH !!!! LETS GO JIIIIIMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!
Whenever I think of not working out one day because "I'm too tired", "I'll just double my session tommorrow" and shit I go to these videos to get motivated because I *know* that I shouldn't stop daily consistent grinds. And today is one of those days, as such I thank you very much for this upload.
Just wanna say, the fat asian guy is now skinny and he's still doing mukbang, but the foods seems to be more healthier. I always respect to fat people who wants to lose weights
I really apreciate the video however i really don t support this sigma male stereotype… i don t support stereotypes in general… why would you have only girls or only Workout and career when you can have both.. This division between males and females is not good ..
0:00 - 0:55 thats how you describe those bitchass, you can get mad if you want, but if the dedication in your self is less over wasting your time seen them or trying to been like them, then yes, you're going on the mediocre way, not just for a meme, do everything you could and don't lay down if nothing goes like you want, stay firm in your goals
