You can’t put an old head on young shoulders unfortunately. What we like at 20 can be the complete opposite at 40+. Such drastic body modifications aren’t easily reversible or even possible in some cases. Along with physical scars will be mental scarring that will be way more significant. When you’re so heavily invested in how you look to go to such extremes there can never be a happy ending. Mother Nature always wins.That’s life!
