FEATURE SUGGESTION: Please make adding to playlists work on a checkbox system like Spotify so we can add one track to multiple playlists at the same time without having to re-open the 'add to playlist' context menu

Move over to Tidal. Tidal has a higher stream bit rate, also Spotify is blocked from DJ controllers.

Pretty much all the new features are behind a paywall, automatic cue point creation should’ve been a free feature.

Also, old features are removed from ver.6... I have DDJ-RZ and they removed features I had before... Now I have to pay for it... I paid 3000€ for it...

But that's "AI*" bro. They can't just be giving you useful stuff if they're not slowly leeching all the money out of your bank account, and then somehow still making you feel inadequate for not having more money to spend on the crap. You can't even record your mix without paying something to Pioekordaltheta DJ. 😎🤑 The free tier lacks that functionality. (💸**smarmy chuckle**💸) Let that sink in, and then tell me they were going to make your playlists for you for free. 🤔😂 To be fair, I think it's still cheaper than Serato, and Rekordbox has much tighter integration with the hardware (because they basically own us). I almost installed Traktor again earlier tonight. That's where my head is at. Know what? If I really wanted to I could without spending a dime. Know why? Because I >bought< the damned app. Let's see you pull off that trick Rekordbox (or is it duhn-duhn-duhhhhhh Alpha Theta?!?). * It's actually not.

Even when you set a cue point, it doesn't save it just reverts to the beginning of the track.

I was going to buy a new plx-crss 12 but when I heard you're making older technology subscription only to use RB 7 I changed my mind. I'm now looking at the new technics and doubt I'll ever buy pioneer gear again. My Xp1 is now useless to me. Wish I'd have known this 6 months ago as I would never have purchased my new A9 mixer from you.

Man, it's a good thing you guys invented this fancy new "Mix Point Link" doohickey because Traktor definitely didn't do that a long time ago and absolutely didn't call it "cruise mode" (bad branding, imho). They also didn't take it out of the software years ago. 🤔

I would love for Rekordbox keys to be in color, just like Serato does. I know my keys, but color coding is much nicer.

they will be getting a update to the stem engine sooner than later. It seems they did do something with the stem separation engine but no quality change

Question, as a DJ I start playing with vinyls then I moved to cd then I moved to computer and pen drive, I know that is rekord box application on smartphone, the synchronized with the computer. Sadly I cannot connect my smartphone to all Pioneer DJ gear. Algorithm DJ pro can do it. Please Pioneer fix this sad situation . The future is on cell phone.

I have an idea, take the ddj xp1 which is a rekordbox only controller, not very old, and charge people £10 per month to use their otherwise plastic paper weight.

If you pay extra, it has "AI" and it'll detect the vocals in a track...which is somehow any different from phrase detection at all.

The loading times, cleaner GUI, trust me; it doesn't take a month to do all that. It takes MONTHS. If they make you lose subscribed plans or have to resub, then it's trash.

Sorry guys, a "UI redesign" this is not. It's shuffling the deck chairs on the titanic. The UI font is STILL terrible (and too bright, white text on a black UI is AWFUL on the eyes) many controls are TINY and cramped together, important modes are still not easily spotted at a glance, many areas we still can't resize, the general flow of the UI is simply not in a good state, not to mention aesthetically it looks dated and not very slick. I was really hoping you'd address the UI of this app, but this is not it. Needs a complete overhaul. Also, I will NEVER, EVER, EVER go for a subscription service, stop trying to shove it down our throats.

It sounds like a good idea, but idk how the interface would work. Spotify pops up a list, but Rekordbox doesn't really do that unless you are accessing the settings or account info. Even switching deck layouts will crash it sometimes.
