Relationships 

Start with relationship. Don't pitch them before you gift them an experience. Here are some ideas:
1 - Entertaining: Create a funny brand video each week that speaks to what you do AND makes a viewer laugh (i.e. a lawn care company might do a skit each week called the "blower battles.")
2 - Educational: host a seminar or create social media reels (like this) that give valuable insight to prospects in an engaging way.
3 - Questioning: One of the simplest things you can do to is to engage someone is to ask them a question. A great question creates a great experience.
