Relative Density of soil 

The whole playlist of Soil Mechanics is exceptional. The most lucid videos on the subject which I've ever watch. With this said, I must point out a small mistake in the video at 5:00 minute where emax has been replaced by its equivalent dry density relation. Remember, emax ---> gamma min instead of gamma max written in the equation. Though the final result written by the instructor is correct. And yes, again thanks for such creative and wonderful videos.

This guy just taught me more in 8 minutes for free than my professor did in 10 weeks for 60 hours and thousands of dollars

Sir with due respect, there is mistake in calculation of (e)max ,(e)min.... For (e) to maximum ~ ( Yd) should be minimum ie. (e) max~ (Yd) min & (e)min ~(Yd)max

by core cutter and sand replacement method we get bulk density of soil not the dry density

why relative density is not a measured for clayey soil?
